Regardless the size of your audience, music has
been proven to enhance happier moods, communication and even evoke higher
levels of thinking!
Below is a typical agenda. The musical
selections were based upon the type of presentation being given and the
best mood for the moment!
Type of presentation: Meeting for
Sales Associates.
Arrival.
Music played when your guests arrive
can be low key or up-tempo. The idea is to add energy to the
atmosphere and promote people socializing. The following are
suggestions, but we will play the music you wish to hear!
Low Key: Good examples
include:
- Big band (The up-
tempo selections are best. )
- Classics (Sinatra,
Nat King Cole, Etta James, etc.)
- New Age ( Excellent
for setting an elegant mood.
OR
Up-tempo: Get everyone pumped up as soon as they arrive:
- Jock jams
- Techno
- Rock
- Hip Hop
Break.
As the event progresses the music should also progress to more current
selections, but continue to promote a social atmosphere without
dominating everyone’s attention.
